Who are we?
The Real Escuela de Avicultura (Royal School of poultry) is the first Spanish
private centre specially devoted to train, inform and research in the poultry
sector. Activity that It has been developed since its foundation in 1896. During
more than 100 years we have managed firstly in poultry and secondly in the
rabbit sector, obtaining an important "Know how" about this subject.
Royal School of Poultry tries to reach theses three targets:
- To train,
We can train the whole poultry and rabbits technicians through our "Jornadas
Profesionales" (Professional Meetings Work), that could be prepared according
the company's requirements or, through our own Jornadas Profesionales open to
everybody and which it has organised every year.
- Inform,
In the other hand we publish two magazines SELECCIONES AVICOLAS (Specialised
in poultry production) and CUNICULTURA (Specialised in rabbit production),
both of them focused to farmers and technicians they were born in order to
inform about commercial and technical news. To those who need a punctual
information we runs several activities in www.avicultura.com which it publish
weekly the newest launchings, news, etc.
- Research,
We hand our researching work at the Experimental Farm premises, which include
several modern buildings. The main international companies runs trials in our
specific farms, testing nutritional, pathological, etc products in order to
assure its launching or compare about the competitors.
The human equipment are specialised in order to offer the best service, you
can find in our staff: agronomist, vets and technicians that it could assure you
the best service and the most recently information. You could profit our ATIDA
service, specially designed as a consultant technical service for companies.
Actually the Royal School of Poultry is the "meeting point" to whole poultry
technicians in Spain, and little by little we are having a harder influence in
the European and Latino American poultry.
